Who should I contact?

Serious complaints such as incidents of sexual misconduct, harassment or discrimination and bullying should be reported via the Report and Support platform. Report and Support allows you to report anonymously* (should you wish). Your concern will then be professionally addressed in a sensitive manner. Should you require support in the above the CSA can support you in submitting a report. *Please note that the University is limited in action for anonymous reports.

Is it about the CSA?

Complaints or concerns regarding the Students' Union including policies, staff, elected representatives or student groups, should be raised as an informal concern first, followed by a formal complaint if necessary.
