Lorraine leads the CSA through strategy, focus and dedication. She works with the Presidents to ensure students are represented and supported in every way possible. Known as the "Bosslady" (and yes, it’s well-earned), she keeps the whole operation running smoothly from vision to vibe.

Becky keeps the numbers, and the people, happy. Based in the main CSA office on the first floor, she’s your friendly face for coach cards, railcards, and answers to the questions you didn’t know you had. If it sounds confusing, Becky probably already sorted it.

With two decades of CSA experience under her belt, Rachel knows the place inside out. Whether she’s managing behind the scenes or popping up around campus, she’s your go-to for anything commercial. Spot her around campu? Make sure you say hi!
